I recently sat down for a conversation with Nicole Lacroix about Tell the Story, one of my latest song cycles. The interview will air online at wetaclassical.org the week of November 23, 2026. The cycle was commissioned by Chiarina Chamber Players and it will premiere at St. Marks Capitol Hill in DC on December 6, 2026 at 7:30 pm, with baritone Randall Scarlata and pianist Efi Hackmey. The cycle sets four poems by Joseph Fasano, and the centerpiece is a setting of his poem For Alex Pretti. This song can be viewed here.
